When making reinforcing bars, the processing table and design drawing of reinforcing bars should be checked to see if there are any errors and omissions in the blanking table, and each reinforcing bar should be pressed.

　　料表檢查是否達(dá)到要求，經(jīng)過(guò)這兩道檢查后，再按下料表放出實(shí)樣，試制合格后方可成批制作，加工好的鋼筋要掛牌堆放整齊有序。

　　After these two checks, the actual sample can be released according to the blanking table. After trial production, it can be produced in batches. The processed steel bar should be listed and stacked in an orderly manner.

　　施工中如需要鋼筋代換時(shí)，必須充分了解設(shè)計(jì)意圖和代換材料性能，嚴(yán)格遵守現(xiàn)行鋼筋砼設(shè)計(jì)規(guī)范的各種規(guī)定，并不得以等面積的高強(qiáng)度鋼筋代換低強(qiáng)度的鋼筋。凡重要部位的鋼筋代換，須征得甲方、設(shè)計(jì)單位同意，并有書(shū)面通知時(shí)方可代換。

　　If steel bar replacement is needed in construction, it is necessary to fully understand the design intent and performance of replacement materials, strictly abide by various provisions of the current design code for reinforced concrete, and not to replace low strength steel bar with high strength steel bar of equal area. Replacement of reinforcing bars in important parts shall be subject to the consent of Party A and the design unit, and may only be done with written notification.

　　（1）鋼筋表面應(yīng)潔凈，粘著的油污、泥土、浮銹使用前必須清理干凈，可結(jié)合冷拉工藝除銹。

　　(1) The surface of reinforcing bar should be clean, and the oil, clay and floating rust must be cleaned up before using, and the rust can be removed by cold drawing process.

　　（2）鋼筋調(diào)直，可用機(jī)械或人工調(diào)直。經(jīng)調(diào)直后的鋼筋不得有局部彎曲、死彎、小波浪形，其表面?zhèn)鄄粦?yīng)使鋼筋截面減小5%。

　　(2) The steel bar can be straightened by mechanical or manual means. After straightening, the steel bar must not have local bending, dead bending or wavelet wave shape, and its surface scars should not reduce the section of the steel bar by 5%.

　　（3）鋼筋切斷應(yīng)根據(jù)鋼筋號(hào)、直徑、長(zhǎng)度和數(shù)量，長(zhǎng)短搭配，先斷長(zhǎng)料后斷短料，盡量減少和縮短鋼筋短頭，以節(jié)約鋼材。

　　(3) The steel bar should be cut according to the size, diameter, length and quantity of the steel bar, the length should be matched, the long material should be broken first and then the short material should be broken, so as to minimize and shorten the short end of the steel bar, so as to save steel.

　　（4）鋼筋彎鉤或彎曲：

　　①鋼筋彎鉤。形式有三種，分別為半圓彎鉤、直彎鉤及斜彎鉤。鋼筋彎曲后，彎曲處內(nèi)皮收縮、外皮延伸、軸線長(zhǎng)度不變，彎曲處形成圓弧，彎起后尺寸大于下料尺寸，應(yīng)考慮彎曲調(diào)整值。鋼筋彎心直徑為2.5d，平直部分為3d。鋼筋彎鉤增加長(zhǎng)度的理論計(jì)算值：對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)半圓彎鉤為6.5d，對(duì)直彎鉤為3.5d，對(duì)斜彎鉤為4.9d。

　　Reinforcement hook. There are three types of hooks: semi-circular hook, straight hook and oblique hook. After bending, the endothelium shrinks, the outer skin extends, and the axis length remains unchanged, forming an arc at the bending point. After bending, the dimension is larger than the blanking size, so the bending adjustment value should be considered. The diameter of bending center of steel bar is 2.5 days and the straight part is 3 days. The theoretical calculation value of increasing the length of steel bar bending hook is 6.5 days for counter-rotating semi-circular bending hook, 3.5 days for straight bending hook and 4.9 days for oblique bending hook.

　　②彎起鋼筋。中間部位彎折處的彎曲直徑D，不小于鋼筋直徑的5倍。

　　(2) Bend the reinforcing bar. The bending diameter D at the bending point of the middle part is not less than 5 times of the diameter of the reinforcing bar.

　　③箍筋。箍筋的末端應(yīng)作彎鉤，彎鉤形式應(yīng)符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。箍筋調(diào)整，即為彎鉤增加長(zhǎng)度和彎曲調(diào)整值兩項(xiàng)之差或和，根據(jù)箍筋量外包尺寸或內(nèi)包尺寸而定。

　　3. Stirrup. The end of stirrups should be bent hooks, and the form of bent hooks should meet the design requirements. The stirrup adjustment is the difference or sum of the length of the bending hook and the bending adjustment value, depending on the size of the stirrup outsourcing or the size of the inner package.

　　④鋼筋下料長(zhǎng)度應(yīng)根據(jù)構(gòu)件尺寸、混凝土保護(hù)層厚度，鋼筋彎曲調(diào)整值和彎鉤增加長(zhǎng)度等規(guī)定綜合考慮。

　　(4) The length of steel bars should be considered comprehensively according to the size of members, the thickness of concrete cover, the bending adjustment value of steel bars and the length of bending hooks.

　　a. 直鋼筋下料長(zhǎng)度=構(gòu)件長(zhǎng)度-保護(hù)層厚度+彎鉤增加長(zhǎng)度，

　　A. Cutting length of straight reinforcement = length of member - thickness of protective layer + length of bending hook.

　　b. 彎起鋼筋下料長(zhǎng)度=直段長(zhǎng)度+斜彎長(zhǎng)度-彎曲調(diào)整值+彎鉤增加長(zhǎng)度，

　　B. Cutting length of bending steel bar = straight length + oblique length - bending adjustment value + hook increase length.

　　c. 箍筋下料長(zhǎng)度=箍筋內(nèi)周長(zhǎng)+箍筋調(diào)整值+彎鉤增加長(zhǎng)度。

　　C. The cutting length of stirrups = the inner circumference of stirrups + the adjustment value of stirrups + the increase length of bending hooks.
